Candidates must be citizens of India / or dependents of Non-Resident Indians
I. Candidates who have passed Higher Secondary Examination, Kerala or examinations recognized as equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Biology/Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology/Mathematics put together are eligible.;
II. A pass in D.Pharm course with a minimum of 50% marks in D.Pharm examination from an institution approved by Pharmacy Council of India under Section 12 of the Pharmacy Act.
III. Any other qualification approved by the Pharmacy council of India as equivalent to any of the above examinations.
IV. Eligibility for Lateral entry to Pharm.D (Post Baccalaureate Pharm.D) -3 years program
For those who already hold a Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm) , the Pharm.D program can be pursued through a lateral entry option. This allows students to directly enter the fourth year of the 6-year Pharm.D course, thus shortening the duration of the program to 3 years. The candidate should have successfully completed a Degree in Pharmacy from a recognized institution with minimum 50% aggregate marks in the B.Pharm program.
N.B: However candidates who have passed there qualifying examination from outside the state of Kerala shall produce the certificate of recognition and equivalency of qualifying examination from Kerala University of Health Sciences, Thrissur. This should be furnished at the time of admission. Eligibility for admission to the candidates belonging to OBC, OEC, SC / ST will be as per the requirements of the DME
The course study for the Pharm.D shall extend over a period of 6 academic years
There will be usual mark relaxation as per the GO's issued by Government of Kerala for socially and Educationally Backward classes (SEBC) Scheduled Castes (SC), Scheduled Tribes (ST) and Other Eligible Castes (OEC).
Those candidates claiming relaxation of mark shall produce necessary certificate from the authority concerned. There will be no reservation of seats for SEBC and or SC/ST candidates under Management Quota.
Applicants should complete 17 year of age as on 31st December 2024. No age relaxation will be allowed.
No upper age limit for Pharm.D course
Copy of relevant page of school record namely SSLC/CBSC/ICSC certificate showing the dated of birth or copy Birth certificate from appropriate authority should be furnished along with the application attested by Gusseted Officer/Head of the Institution where the student had last studded.
Online Application will be verified based on the mark obtained in the qualifying examination.
Selection memo will be provided after verifying all the Certificate/Documents attached with the Application form.

The applicant should upload the following documents / or certificates duly attested by a gazetted officer or Head of the Institution last studied while applying online.
The online application will be accepted only after the online payment of prescribed application fee of Rs 1000 which can be remitted online in favour of KSSBCMA(KERALA STATE SELF- FINANCING PHARMACY COLLEGE MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATION).The printout of the application with online payment receipt shall be submitted to 'WESTFORT COLLEGE OF PHARMACY, PB No: 16, M.G. Kavu, Pottore, Thrissur - 680 581' within 3 days of the last date of online application as mentioned in the prospectus. Documents / Certificates furnished after the last date of submission of the application will not be accepted

The application submitted should be complete in all respects. The application which is not accompanied by required documents/ or certificates will be summarily rejected without further intimation. Documents / certificates furnished after submission of application will not be entertained under any circumstances.
The Application not accompanied by above mentioned documents in proof of claims made therein will be summarily rejected after the closing date.
No opportunity will be given to incorporate any details or document after the closing date of the application. Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.
15% of the total seats are marked for NRI candidates.
The applicant opting for NRI seat should secure minimum marks required for selection to the course. The documents to be presented for admission under NRI quota are
